Practicing in the hair industry for over 15 years.
In 2003 after completing barber school The Barber of Choix practices in, and also managed one of Phoenix' first contemporary fashion barbershops, the Barber of Choix introduced Phoenix’s men and women to best in class service, artistry and innovative haircutting techniques. A few years later, in 2007, the Barber of Choix helped open and mange a second location outside of downtown Mesa, offering a connection to Barber-hairstyling fashion and excellent service to the clients.
In 2008, the barber of Choix departed Arizona in support of their Military family’s PCS /new duty station in New York. Practicing the art of hair care in N.Y.C. and taking every opportunity to learn the latest styles and techniques. Since then returning to A.Z. in 2011 and practicing in a small salon setting, through The Barber of Choix’s commitment and dedication to the clients, artistry and innovative education, The Barber of Choix faithful client list has grown to the opening in 2014 of The Barber of Choix + in Mesa. Since day one, The Barber of Choix + has been family owned and locally operated Voted "Best barbershop-Hair Salon in Mesa" by its existing and growing client base.
Community
Serving our Mesa-area clients does not stop at the salon. We are committed to giving back to those we serve and are proud that our efforts help strengthen the community and support the health and well-being of our clients and their families. The Barber of Choix + has charity’s they support and help by providing volunteers, raising funds and awareness. At The Barber of Choix +, we believe in giving back and want to share our success with the community.

There are many advantages associated with using small, local businesses. This includes helping the local community and increasing the ties one has to the community. Small business organizations usually provide many services and products that can help the community do well financially and not have to rely on one or two large businesses. According to a 2012 business survey, about 50 cents of all dollars given to a local business gets pumped back into the local city or town. This is in sharp contrast to chain industries that only give about 16 cents back on every dollar to the local community.
